Full-service finishing under one roof
Sand Blasting
A surface-preparation technique that uses compressed air to propel coarse abrasive media against a surface to strip rust, old paint, and heavy debris. This process cleans the material and leaves behind a rough profile that helps new coatings adhere effectively.
Powder Coating
A durable finishing process where an electrostatically charged dry powder is sprayed onto a metal part and then cured under heat to form a hard skin. It offers superior resistance to chipping, scratching, and fading compared to traditional liquid paint.
Masking with Powder Coating
The specialized process of applying heat-resistant tapes, plugs, or caps to specific areas of a part before spraying to shield them from the powder layer. It ensures critical areas like threaded holes, ground points, and mating surfaces remain clean and free of coating.
Vapor Blasting
A surface-finishing method that mixes water, abrasive media, and pressurized air to create a gentle, slurry-driven cleaning stream. It efficiently removes grime and oxidation from delicate metal components, leaving a smooth, satin finish without altering precise dimensions.
